Safety Gear

Safety wear is paramount when participating in any Motorsport.

Without the approved apparel and Helmet you will not be able to take part in any Motorsport events, even as a passenger. All apparel must be SFI Rated to 3.3.

Here`s a list of gear you will need to get started, Snell Approved Helmet, Flameproof Balaclava, Full Race Suit, Flame Proof Long Sleeve top Underwear, Flame Proof Long leg Bottoms Underwear, Flame Proof Socks, Gloves, Boots, HANS brace or Helmet Support [Donut], all race wear must meet SFI 3.3 Standards, no exceptions.

Race suits vary from size, style and thickness, from a Single Layer Suit to a Tripple Layer Suit like mine plus many other variations and of course cost. You can buy online BUT buyer beware some sites will not take returns after the packaging has been opened. I personally recommend you to go to the shop and try on before you buy. There are some good packages available and all your gear will come complete in a full zip up bag for transportation.
